At Training Ninja, we are committed to providing high-quality online e-learning courses for the security industry. We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with the course you have purchased, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

2.Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request for a refund must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • The customer must demonstrate that they have actively engaged with the course material during this period.
  • The customer must articulate specific reasons for their dissatisfaction, as feedback helps us improve our courses.

3.Exclusions

The following scenarios are not eligible for a refund:

  • Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Refund requests for courses where the customer has completed more than 70% of the course content.
  • Refund requests for courses purchased as part of a bundle or special promotional offer.
